Cheaper oil based on the Saudia – Russia tiff is an opportunity for Pakistan to increase economic activity. Exports have to be broken up along simple, moderate and advanced products which will make their planning and movement easier. SEZ’s have to be seen separate from CPEC to give a better idea of their make up.
