The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) said that it paid refunds of Rs. 80 billion during the period of July-November FY21 (last: Rs. 41 billion).
Despite increase in refunds, FBR has still managed to cross the revenue collection of November last year. FBR collected Rs. 1.69 trillion in this period (last: Rs. 1.62 trillion), against a target of Rs. 1.67 trillion.
