Pakistan‘s Government announced that the economy is on course to grow 3.94% in the current financial FY21, which ends in June 2021. This is double of the predictions of IMF and the World Bank.
This comes at a time when Pakistan is recovering from the COVID negative impact, with growth visible in the agricultural, industrial, and services sectors.
The IMF has estimated that the GDP growth for Pakistan for FY21 will be 1.5%, while the World Bank estimated 1.3%.
