Pakistan’s Mohmand Hydroelectric Dam Project is funded by Saudi Arabia with $240 million. It was reported that The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), represented by its CEO Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, signed a development agreement with the friendly Islamic Republic of Pakistan today in Islamabad to finance the construction of the Mohmand Hydropower Dam Project with a soft development loan from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia made through the Fund, with a total value of more than $240 million.
