In April 2023, Pakistan’s petroleum sales fell by 47%. It was reported that a total of 1.2 million tonnes of petroleum products were sold in Pakistan in April 2023, a 47% YoY decline and a 6% MoM rise. Low sales of furnace oil and high speed diesel, which fell by 84% year over year and 50% year over year, respectively, were the main contributors to the decline in sales.
