The Afghan Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen said, while talking to Pakistani media, ‘Pakistan cannot dictate us’. He said that the Taliban welcome Pakistan to help them arrive at a negotiated settlement with all concerned in Afghanistan, however they will not be dictated.
