Remittances coming into Pakistan for the 4 months of FY22 at $10.6 billion (last: $9.4 billion). This represents a growth of 12% over the same period in FY21.
The SBP said that the policy initiatives of the GOP to bring ease of remittances through the formal channels has been effective. At this rate it is expected that remittances for FY22 will cross $30 billion.
